Terms of Service and returns

This user agreement is an Agreement between the Buyer of goods in the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and the Angel Clothig Store online store (hereinafter referred to as the SHOP). The buyer should carefully read these rules. As soon as the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these rules, it is considered that he has carefully read these rules, agrees with all the conditions and has no objections.

1. Conclusion of the Contract for the purchase of goods.

These Rules come into force from the moment when the Buyer has confirmed these rules and his order, and the SHOP has accepted the Buyer's order, about which the Buyer is sent a confirmation by e-mail.

 

2.Specifications

The product description is posted on the website. Items must match certain item descriptions.

 

3. Payments

The amount of the Agreement consists of the price of the goods and the cost of delivery. The price of the goods is indicated on the SHOP page and in the confirmation letter, which is sent to the Buyer's email address after placing the order. All prices in the STORE are inclusive of VAT.

 

The buyer makes 100% payment before receiving the goods. Payment options are indicated on the SHOP website.

 

4. Obligations of the Buyer

4.1. The buyer is obliged to pay for the goods and receive them in the manner prescribed by these Rules.

4.2. If the Buyer, at the time of delivery, without good reason, refuses to accept the goods, the Buyer is obliged to cover the costs of delivery.

4.3. Buyers of the Angel Clothig Store online store must comply with these rules or other conditions clearly stated in the online store and not violate the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

 

5. Responsibilities of the STORE

5.1. The STORE undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the address indicated by the Buyer, on the basis of the conditions set forth in these Rules.

5.2. The STORE undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy and his personal information.

5.3. In an emergency, if due to unforeseen circumstances, when the SHOP was unable to deliver the goods purchased in the Angel Clothig Store online store, the SHOP has the right to offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the STORE undertakes to return the money within 5 (five) working days.

 

6. Delivery

6.1. The buyer, purchasing goods in the Angel Clothig Store online store, can choose the delivery method: delivery service.

6.2. Delivery service:

6.2.1. The buyer, choosing delivery services, undertakes to provide the exact address for delivery;

6.2.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally. In the event that he cannot personally accept the goods, and the goods are delivered to the address indicated on the basis of the data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims in connection with the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity, the SHOP;

6.2.3. the goods can be delivered by the SHOP or its authorized representative;

6.2.4. Shipping cost is calculated based on shipping address, weight and size;

6.2.6. The STORE reserves the right to change the shipping cost.

6.3. After receiving the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the contents of the parcel and the condition of the goods.

 

7. Defective goods and shortcomings

Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer, within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt, must inspect the Goods for damage or discrepancy with the Agreement. In case of detection of problems with the Goods, the Buyer may return the Goods to the SHOP and present the corresponding defect.

8. Right of withdrawal

8.1. The Buyer of the STORE, who is a consumer (individual), has the right, without giving reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw from the agreement ("Agreement") concluded between the Buyer and the STORE for the purchase of goods ("Goods") in the online store at address www.xxxx.lv.
8.2. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods.
8.3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the SHOP of the decision to withdraw from the Agreement by sending or submitting an appropriate free-form written notice, which includes the Buyer's notice of withdrawal from the Agreement, or by completing the withdrawal form. The notice of cancellation of the Agreement or the cancellation form must be sent electronically by e-mail. mail to xxx@xxx.lv. Having received the Buyer's notification in electronic form, the STORE sends the Buyer a confirmation of receipt of the notification to the Buyer's e-mail address.

8.4. In order to comply with the term of the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient if the Buyer sends his message about the use of the right of withdrawal to the STORE before the expiration of the right of withdrawal.

8.5. The Buyer immediately, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days after the submission or sending to the SHOP of the refusal form or notification of the use of the right of withdrawal, returns the Goods to the SHOP using the delivery service.

8.6.. Return of goods must comply with the following conditions:

8.6.1. return the returned product in its original, neat packaging;

8.6.2. the goods must not be damaged by the Buyer, i.e. without mechanical and other damages;

8.6.3. The product should not have been used, having lost its original appearance; please do not damage the labels, tear the protective film, etc.;

8.6.4. the returned goods must be of the same configuration as it was received by the Buyer;

8.6.5. when returning the Goods, it is necessary to provide a document confirming the purchase of the goods and a completed document on the return of the goods;

8.6.6. By exercising the right of return, the Buyer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the goods if the goods are used for purposes other than ascertaining the nature, characteristics and characteristics of the goods. During the term of the right to return the Goods, the Buyer has the right to use the Goods to the extent necessary to check the Goods (to the same extent that this could be done before purchasing the Goods in a regular store). During the period of the right to return the Goods, the Buyer is responsible for the use of the Goods beyond its intended purpose for inspection, the use of the product during the period of the right of return, which is inconsistent with good faith, and for the cost, quality and safety of the product. The SHOP draws attention to the fact that, having discovered damage, deterioration, wear (decrease in value) of the returned goods, it may sue the Buyer for damage caused to the SHOP as a result of the Buyer's actions;

8.6.7. The cost of returning the item will be deducted from the amount refunded.

8.6.8. Return of goods is carried out in the manner prescribed by the STORE.

8.6.9. Money for the returned goods is returned only by bank transfer to the Buyer's bank account.

8.7. If the Buyer withdraws from the sales contract, the Buyer shall be refunded all amounts paid by him, including the shipping costs paid by the Buyer. If the Buyer has chosen a shipping method that is different from the cheapest regular shipping method offered by the company, the company is not obligated to reimburse the consumer for costs that exceed the costs associated with the regular shipping method.

8.8. The STORE has the right to delay the return of funds to the Buyer until the moment when the STORE receives the Goods.

8.9. The Buyer immediately, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days after the submission or sending to the SHOP of the refusal form or notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, returns the Goods to the SHOP using a courier service.

 

9. Contacts.

During the preparation of the Buyer's order, the STORE may periodically contact the Buyer to clarify details or agree on changes. Therefore, when registering in the STORE, the Buyer must leave contact information so that he is easily accessible for communication.

 

10. Guarantees

All products of the SHOP are covered by a manufacturer's / distributor's warranty, the duration of which depends on the conditions of a particular manufacturer / distributor. Warranty conditions for each product are determined individually, but the warranty period for goods is 2 years.

Not covered under warranty:!!!

Mechanical, thermal and chemical damage to the Goods that occurred during operation, natural wear and tear;

Use of the product in violation of the requirements of the instruction manual, negligent attitude and / or storage; any mechanical damage to the Goods;

Use of the product not for its intended purpose.

 

11. Responsibility

11.1. The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data during registration. If the Buyer provided inaccurate data in the registration, the SHOP is not responsible for the consequences arising from this, has the right to demand compensation from the buyer for direct losses.

11.2. The buyer is fully responsible for their actions by subscribing in the online store "Angel Clothig Store"

11.3. The buyer is responsible for the security of personal registration data. If the registration data is used by a third party, it will be considered the Buyer.

11.4. The SHOP is released from any liability in all cases where the damage is caused by the Buyer, regardless of the recommendations of the SHOP and its own obligations, if the Buyer has not read the Rules, despite the fact that such an opportunity was provided to him.

11.5. In case of damage, the guilty party shall compensate the other party for direct losses.


12. Final provisions

12.1. “Angel Clothig Store” reserves the right to suspend, at its own discretion, add, change these Rules and other documents related to the Rules, notifying the Buyer in the online store. Additions or changes to the Rules come into force from the date of its publication, i.e. from the day they were placed in the online store system.

12.2. If the buyer does not agree with the new version of the Rules, partial additions, changes, the Buyer has the right to refuse, provided that the Buyer loses the right to use the services of the online store.

12.3. If, after updating the Rules, the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online store, it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new version of the Rules with partial additions, changes.

12.4. These rules are created in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

12.5. These rules apply to relations arising from the law of the Republic of Latvia.

12.6. All disputes arising in connection with the implementation of these rules must be resolved through negotiations. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute is resolved in the way established in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

12.7. The Parties are released from fulfilling their obligations under these Rules if fulfillment is not possible due to force majeure.
